| I already had Little Acts of Grace and Just Like Mary, both lovely little books, so I was surprised by the previous reviewer's rating and opinion of the illustrations. I recieved my own copy yesterday, and it is just as wonderful as the other two. The lessons are all "bite-sized" for little learners, and the illustrations are beautiful, even the one in question. There is no look of fear or apprehension on the angels faces, only sadness, which we should all feel at that moment! For helping to teach preschoolers about our Catholic faith, these books are absolutely charming, and you shouldn't hesitate at all in buying them. |
