God centered, Jesus exhalting!

I heard about this book on a John Piper podcast. We checked it out at the bookstore and then ordered it from Amazon. This is a fantastic deal!
Likes:
1. Quality - Smyth sewn pages to last a life time! Thick pages too!
2. Presents God as the rejected king of his chosen people throughout the Old Testament.
3. Presents Jesus as the rejected king of all people in the New Testament.
4. My younger girls (3 & 2) will sit with me for as long as I will read.
5. Quality of the graphics are superb.
Dislikes
1. It's huge and heavy. (But this helps to make it last so...)
This is a book that will be around for MANY years. |
