| After riding the unpleasant roller coaster of a four-year on-again off-again relationship, I finally called it quits and this book really helped me stick to my guns and stay confident in my decision! Though I might have winced at the joy of their relationship, the authors do a great job of pointing out how they only got to their happiness by eliminating counterproductive behavioral patterns from previous relationships. I laughed and could not believe how much I related to the personal stories told in this book. Definitely a worthwhile purchase for anyone READY to move on or needing that extra push in that direction! I particularly enjoyed the emphasis on refocusing on self-reinvention! |
