Left me craving Kim's next novel!
|
If you've been reading the Kim Harrison "Rachel Morgan" series, this book won't disappoint you. Somehow, the books in this series keep getting better and better, and it would be a daunting enough task topping the first one.
I have the next (and newest) book in this series on the way to me now, and I'm impatiently awaiting it's arrival. I'll put whatever else I'm reading on hold when it gets here, and devour it rapidly.
If you like the Stephanie Plum character in the Janet Evanovich novels and the Harry Potter stories, the Rachel Morgan character is sort of a blend of the two. She's a private investigator/bounty hunter who's also a witch, and she runs into considerably more bad luck than Sephanie Plum.
Kim Harrison writes a very fast moving, entertaining book that is EXTREMELY difficult to put down once you start one. |
