Great book on Kettlebell use.

| I like Pavel's works! All of his stuff is on the expensive side though... Also for a work out program, it is not clear what you have to do. You can find many work out programs and support, etc. on his web site though. I just started with kettlebells. I really like them and am starting to see a real change in my health, and strength! I'm 47 and let myself go. I started out with this book and one kettlebell. If you stick to your exercises you will become stronger! I am soon to apply a low carb diet and have as my goal to watch this tire that is wrapped around my waist go away! Presently,with no diet, my core is getting stronger, and my arms, shoulders,fore arms, legs etc are transforming into muscle! The flab is disappearing! Really, this works, but you got to stick to your program, be safe and think things through, and you will see a difference! Don't give up on yourself! You don't like what you see? Change it! |
