| Based on the two reviews, I purchased this book. However, the reviewers failed to mention that this is basically a book who's goal is to convert you to a vegetarian. There are a couple of good points like staying away from sugar and processed foods, but then they do away with all dairy products and meat. The goal of the book is to turn you into a grazing animal. Not that fruits and vegetables are bad for you, but it is not a book where common sense prevails. It does not teach you how to eat normally with correct proportions, but rather trys to convert you into something that I would suspect only about .01% of the population could ever obtain. To sum it all up, it's a waste of money |
