This book is particularly helpful for travel teams that play numerous tournaments each season. Having your players in top physical and mental condition, whether it is the first game at 8:00am on Saturday morning to the fourth game of the same day at 8:00pm,this book covers how to prepare teams to endure that kind of schedule. Energy utilization, positive thinking, and overall conditioning are addressed, while incorporating softball specific drills to bring out the best in players.
