Common Sense Manual

| As the title of this review states , this book is a "Common Sense Manual".It is simply written,easy to follow, and produces results . My only criticism is in the title ;the word "diet" should not be there . In its place shoud be "Life Changing Book" because no matter how much weight a person loses ,if they go back to their pre-diet habits ,the weight is soon to follow. But if one reads this book, follows the instruction and loses weight and makes permanent changes in their eating and drinking and physical activity ,the weight loss and benefits from the weight loss will also become permanent. Go figure!! |
