Not My Normal Version But AWESOME for KIDS!!!!!

| This isn't the version of the bible that I normally read or that my children normally read. However, this is put together in such a way that I even like listening to it. They weave the bible songs everyone grew up singing into the scripture as the song applies to it. Doing this helps break up the story and keeps my kids from getting bored. They have really done their best to make some off the passages that I wouldn't normally read aloud to children kid friendly without changing the meaning of the passage. My six year old has been listening off and on since Thanksgiving and is in the 10th disc and still enjoys it! I plan on listening to it each year until he is more comfortable reading. This is a good investment for the whole family. My two year old even listens and sings along with the songs. We enjoy ours so much that we gave them as Christmas presents to other kids in our family! I hope they come out with the Old Testament, too. |
