| When things get CRAZY, I pick up this book. It helps make sense of things and put them back into perspective. No one said child-rearing was easy, nor dealing with adult family matters either! But these are life's events and we must deal with them. Marguerite helps one take a step back and look at the "big" picture. She has a strong value system and delicately but firmly applies that to the present day. She is thoughtful, wise, and incredibly caring. I discovered her through the Washington Post, where she has a weekly column called "Family Almanac". She's terrific and you can check her out on-line through the Washington Post.
