| Although this book is an interesting addition to my bookshelf, it seems to be more concerned with ornamental knots and rope work. I've wanted to get for years and I think anyone who buys it will be happy with it as an introduction to splices, etc. It's got a good feel. If you're determined to get into 18th century maritime sailorcraft, it won't be the last book you order. ARRRH! |
