| Obviously, AB not only defines but wears with pride the "full of himself" label. You need to back all the way up to his first book Kitchen Confidential to get a decent read out of him. That book is definitely insightful and informative and makes Anthony part of the story instead of making Anthony the story. Read Kitchen Confidential for sure, then drop all things Bourdain, and you will be doing well. |
