| I will not review the book, as there are thousands of others who have done so better than I could! I only wish to say that Robert Whitfield has such a tremendous gift for bringing characters to life that I have begun to collect his readings. There is perhaps no better showcase for his talents than reading Dickens, with the author's inimitable, ever-so-aptly-named characters from all walks of life. It is hard for me to imagine that anyone would not enjoy this larger-than-life tale of Nicholas Nickleby. Very good value for money, Dickens: This is a 31.5 hour reading. Whitfield also reads BLEAK HOUSE. |
