When Piper Macintosh learns that her quirky great aunt has sold her historic Cape Cod home to a stranger, she just rolls her eyes. Eighty-seven year old Hannah has always done things her own way. Southern businessman Clate Jackson doesn't understand what compelled him to buy the historic home of a self-proclaimed witch. Hannah claims she brought the Tennessee native to town for her niece because Piper needs a man, and there aren't any good ones to be found locally. Although Piper is embarrassed by her aunt's obvious machinations, she finds herself attracted to Clate. When Hannah reveals that she has been haunted by an age-old family secret, Piper and Clate bond together to protect Hannah from the past.
