Over the top erotic regency debut

This is one hot book by newcomer Lisa Valdez. Fans of erotic regency romance with graphic sex scenes along with blunt wording by the hero and heroine will be overjoyed. Other than the ongoing over the top sex, there is not much more to recommend about this book. The villains are way over the top (and mainly female which is a nice change) and the plot is not much to look forward to. But the hero and heroine are quite exceptional even though they start their relationship having anonymous sex behind a screen in a museum where anyone can find them.
Passion Dare (Yes her first name is really Passion) is a widow who is finally coming out of mourning from the death of her indifferent husband who never showed her any passion during their marriage. She meets an anonymous suitor who we later find out is Mark, an Earl. As the case with the too good to be true hero, he is rich and is an architect, plus he makes Passion feel "passion" for the first time in her life.
Passion and Mark have scorching sex every chance they get because Mark is about to be married because his witch of a mother is being blackmailed by his soon to be mother in law.
Can he get out of being married? Can Passion and Mark have a life together outside secret trysts?
Valdez can write incredible love scenes, but needs more work on the whole plot aspect. Give her time and she could become one romance author to look forward to.
