I bought this after suffering from severe anxiety. I did listen to it but I am not very good at imagining things in my head, go figure. The begining has you imagining a rose and the scent of a rose, the next part has you imagining a Eucalyptus stalk as well as the smell. I have no idea what a Eucalyptus looks like.
So if your good at visulation or conjering up smells, it should work well. I am considering buying some rose oil and Eucalyptus oil and trying again. I only made it 1/2 way thru the tape. |
