Boothman also describes how to figure out a stranger's favored sense for receiving information about the world--some rely on visual cues, others on auditory or kinesthetic (touch) input--and use it to your best advantage.

♥♥♥♥♥ Some good advice mixed with New Age mumbo-jumbo
This book has some good advice, such as telling you to smile and ask open-ended questions, but for the most part it is a waste of time. Much of it is silly ideas based on pseudoscience.
