To start - it sounds great. Lots of healthy fruits, veggies... reality is it is so disgusting! And they never really tell you what to do. There are clues throughout the book - but you really have to look for them. A friend did this diet and she looks unbelievable and feels unbelievable. After 2 days my gag reflex wouldn't stop.
