So-So collection of essays by mostly liberal partisans.

| As a supporter of CHARACTER COUNTS!, I looked forward to reading this book. Having done so, however, I'm disappointed to see it is a collection of mostly liberal views on the issue of character. Mr. Dershowitz' attack on Christians, for example, has no place in a book touting "Character". Having said that, there are some redeeming qualities, including Dennis Prager's essay, "The Moral Character of Religious and Secular People." Buy the book, but don't expect to be overwhelmed by it's most of its insights. |
