a 1st timer in Real Estate review, with MORE TO COME!!

PAY NO ATTENTION TO MY STARS ON THIS REVIEW So Far!!!...i had to rate this to post ... i see the glass as HALF FULL and i hope it stays a 4 star or moves to a 5 star in my later review..
I haven't read or rec the book yet, but i wanted to write this before i actually rec.and read the book ordered today 3-28-08 for some 1st timers.....once read the book i will take or give stars along with comments on the book...
First off i'm a down to earth guy with no prior knowledge in Real Estate..
i'm as green as the come here on this and Dean's book is my 1st and only... so we'll see... A TEST FOR DEAN AND HIS BOOK for real as a 1st timer..
I'll be back ON HERE after reading this book with a honest, review from a real 1st timer in real estate as i feel alot of us are looking to buy this book, thats what this review and my later review is for the 1st timers ...
Deans book as descibed on info's ect, seems to make sense at this time with the real estate market but again we'll see??
Once read the book, i'll be on here again giving a 1st timers opinion on this book .....
i believe in giving chances,Dean and his book will get it ...i'm not expecting to make a million dollars in a month or even a year ect... but will expect to know how to buy and sell real estate along with some in's and outs of the buss and should know ALOT more about it then i do now which is nothing .....not to mention should based on ALL the good reviews read all over the internet not just here on amazon.
I'm optomistic and believe in giving chances..we'll see.. |
