I love to cook and have stacks of cookbooks, but this one is the best of the bunch. I have the older version of this book, and every recipe I tried has been a huge crowd pleaser. Even my kids like these recipes. My husband's favorite meal used to be meatloaf with mashed potatos and gravy. Now he begs me to make turkey burgers. When I make a recipe from this book it seems to come out perfect the first time and every time after. I never knew healthy food could be so delicious. I think anyone would enjoy meals prepared from these recipes, even if your not on weight watchers.
