| I have been a smoker for 20 years and can't even count the number of times I have tried to quit. My main problem was that I was always looking for that excuse to start again. I got this CD about two weeks ago. It is very relaxing and calming. I always listen to it before bed and usually end up falling asleep. I listened to it a couple of nights when I first got it. It's not magic. It won't make you want to quit if you don't really want to. When I decided a few days later that I really wanted to quit, I started taking the Commit lozenges and listening to the CD every night. I truly haven't wanted a cigarette and haven't smoked in a week. I have tried the lozenges before and they helped, but I always ended up going back to the cigarettes. The urge never seemed to go away. Now it has! This is truly the easiest quitting experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this CD if you are really ready to quit forever. |
