Although I've had this book a few years, I actually wore the slip cover off and now the book is starting to look a little worn. These are excellent, healthy, quick and easy recipes to follow if you need help in deciding where, when or what to eat while trying to be healthy. Just for myself or for me and my fiance, these recipes work great and we dont feel guilty for cheating a little either. We have a solid core that we follow so staying on track is easy. These are excellent healthy recipes and I would highly recommend them. |
