| This book is fantastic. It is a book that focuses on how to better communicate with our kids. Takes into account the need to respect them as individuals, which sets it apart from the more authoritative variety of parenting books. I have learned so much about how to talk to my children in an effective way by reading this book. My kids are 1,2 & 3yrs old, so communication is key! Sidenote: I am a practicing pediatrician and use the methods with my patients as well. Using these methods, I am better able to relate to my patients and build trust.
