It's an amazing book that doesn't just list ingredients to hundreds of cocktails. It also guides you on the liquors, glasses, garnishes and tools you'll need to make them properly - rather than just list what you should have on hand in your home bar, it explains WHY you need these things and how to use them. It's also an interesting read, with the history behind some of the most famous cocktails and liqueurs the world has to offer. Best of all, it's helping me fulfill one of my New Year's Resolutions: Try two new cocktails every month. |
