I read "Blackwater" after seeing Mr. Schahill on Democracy Now. He was well spoken, engaging and he communicated clearly. I got this book from a VP of continuous improvement along with a few others that they were using to implement Lean. It is important to note that Lean is the Toyota system/version of JIT, and these terms should not be used interchangeably (i.e. JIT is a subset of Lean).
