My daughter (12 months) enjoys this book. We read it at least once a day, sometimes more. The photos are cute and the words that go along it is catchy. The pictures are not as muddy as described by another reviewer. Yes, the food is smeared on the face and is contrived, but not disgusting. Maybe, I'm jsut more tolerant. Who knows?
