Thoroughly enjoying this cookbook like none I've had before. The recipes are easy to follow; just like having the author right there in your kitchen with you. Every recipe I have tried so far has been absolutely delicious, but the Latino Pot Roast so far is my favorite and was a HUGE hit with my dinner guests. Highly recommend....won't be disappoint... »
