This is a very good cookbook for the convection oven and I'm coming to rely on it as I negotiate the sometimes confusing world of convection cooking. I have a question though that maybe another reviewer might be able to answer.

Just like any cook book, you will find some things pretty darn awesome, and some not so great...like: "Do I really have to drink this?" but you do anyway, because you paid so much for the ingredients.
