One of my favorite writers is Dean Koontz, and this is one of his (and mine) favorite novels. It is exceptional, and incorporates some of his main themes of love, courage, dedication, etc. If you're a dog lover, it's even better. Forget the atrocious films made from this material. The films were awful. The book is superb.... »
