I will admit that I had no idea there was a book belonging to The Stepford Wives until I stumbled across a used copy for a bit of pocket change. I fell in love with the 1975 film version and left the theater with a bad taste in my mouth after the 2004 remake (an abomination!). The original book version falls somewhere in between.

Not bad, not bad at all. I thought that this was a good read and timely in our world today, as it has a bit to do with genetics and cloning. Written in the early 70's it was somewhat prophetic.
