Well, I'm a pretty big Hobb fan and was looking forward to this book after finishing the first installment in the series. I actually enjoyed the first book a bit more than some people seemed to, so I had no reluctance in immersing myself in this one. However, now that it's over I have conflicting opinions of the book and it's characters.
